How early should i make my maxi cab limousine taxi booking?

You can make your booking as early as possible. We appreciate advance bookings as we can prepareĀ better for it.


Are there additional charges for advance booking?

There are no additional charges for advance booking. If you must know, current bookings can be subjected to price surging depending on demand. Therefore we encourage our customers to make advance booking.


We have multiple pick up / drop off locations. Will you be able to arrange it?

Yes of course. Kindly inform our agents and you will be advised accordingly. Charges applies for additional pick up / drop off locations.


We have an additional pick up / drop off just a few blocks away. Will we be charged for this?

Yes. Additional charge still applies.


We want to book for our returning trip as well. Can we arrange it with your maxi cab limousine taxi driver directly?

Do revert back to our agents if you want to book for your return trip. Limo Maxi Cabs Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any private bookings that you make with the driver.


How do we book for airport arrival?

Kindly provide us with your date of arrival and flight number.


I have important guests that will be arriving in Singapore however I am not able to receive them personally. Do you have any service for this?

Yes. You can arrange a Meet and Greet Service for your guest. Our driver will meet and greet your guests on behalf. Greeting signage will be used for identification.


What if the flight is delayed?

No worries. Given that you have provided us with the flight number, we will be able monitor it.


We want to book for airport arrival however we want to have our meal at the airport. Will this be possible?

Yes. You can request for your pick up timing to be 1 hour or 2 hours after official landing time.


Can i pay by credit card?

Yes you can. We accept all major credit cards however there is a 10% admin fee on top of the base fare.


Can i make online payment?

Yes you can. Before making online payment, please check with our agents on the correct amount to be made. All online payments are subjected to a 10% admin fee.


I am making a booking for my company. Can you billed it to my company?

Yes. Please email us at enquiry@limomaxicabs.com using your company email address.


I have very important guests coming over for my company audit. Do you have any suitable vehicle for this?

We will recommend taking our VIP Minibus. Our experienced driver will take care of your guests for their entire stay in Singapore.
